Nafees Mart currently ships to all major cities and regions within Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha, Tabuk, and surrounding areas.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.

3. Delivery Time

As a dropshipping store, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and warehouses.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on the website.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote delivery locations.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Customers can track their shipments through the courier's tracking system.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Saudi National Address

  • Mobile Number

  • City and Postal Code

Nafees Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible
